Me? Who am I? 

Not different from you. You and me, we sense, we feel, we breathe, we think, we observe. Here is the core of QiGong.
 

Qigong is the path I walk and share — a practice of direct experience, where the subtle becomes tangible through movement, breath, and presence.
This journey has been shaped by the teachings of Master Shi Heng Yi, Daoist Master Zhongxian Wu, and Zen Master Nim.

Whether in a group or one-on-one, online or in person, the practice is open to all levels of experience.

The focus is not on performance, but on cultivating a new relationship with the body, the mind, the emotions, and their hidden patterns.

 

My approach encourages autonomy in practice — and grows from my own ongoing exploration, as both student and teacher.
